New York State has enacted various laws intended to address the development and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This first event in a series of nine will provide an introduction to AI, explore the laws related to AI in New York and New York City, as well as actions taken by the New York Judiciary. Moreover, it will examine a new Executive Order that may lead to challenges in the enforcement of these laws.
