Panelists

Helgi Walker is a partner in Gibson Dunn’s Washington, D.C. office. She is co-chair of the firm’s global Litigation Practice Group and recently served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Walker is also co-chair of the Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Group and a member of the Appellate and Constitutional Law Group. Chambers USA describes her as “dynamite in the courtroom and a forceful oral advocate,” with a “brilliant legal mind” and “excellent judgment.”

Frances Waldmann is a partner in Gibson Dunn’s Los Angeles and London offices and a member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence practice. She advises global companies on regulatory strategy, enforcement, and complex disputes involving technology and digital transformation, with a particular focus on AI.

Vivek Mohan is a partner in Gibson Dunn’s Palo Alto office, where he is Co-Chair of the top-ranked Artificial Intelligence practice. He provides strategic advice on legal, regulatory, compliance, and policy issues on a global scale, focusing on cutting-edge technology issues. His practice includes counseling, regulatory response, incident response, advocacy, and transactional matters.

Eric Brooks is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn. He is involved in the firm’s Antitrust, Administrative Law and Regulatory, Artificial Intelligence, and Appellate and Constitutional Law practice groups. Brooks assists clients in navigating complex legal challenges and disputes, particularly those involving competition and emerging technologies.
