What counts as an "AI system"?
An AI system is a top-level entity in your registry: a product, application, or service that uses AI to deliver its function. The chatbot on your support site is one AI system. The internal forecasting model used by your finance team is another. Sub-components (models, datasets, interfaces, use cases, actions) do not count toward your plan limit — only the top-level AI systems do, and components can be shared across multiple systems without duplication.
You cannot register a 16th AI system on Core. Your existing 15 systems and all their data remain accessible. We do not silently overage-bill or auto-upgrade. Talk to us before you hit the limit and we will move you to Enterprise on your timeline.

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from your billing settings.
No. You can sign up, register AI systems, activate frameworks, and complete assessments without entering payment details. We only ask for billing information when you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Enterprise contracts vary based on AI portfolio size, contract term, payment terms, and procurement requirements.
We consider non-profit and academic discounts on a case-by-case basis. Reach out via Talk to us and tell us about your use case. We do not currently run a startup pricing program but we are open to conversations.
Credit card (via Stripe) for monthly and annual Core subscriptions. Bank transfer (SEPA) is available for Enterprise contracts and for annual Core subscriptions on request. Invoices in EUR by default; USD and GBP available for Enterprise.

Duration depends on your organization’s size, the number of AI systems in your portfolio, and the number of audience segments that need training. A focused engagement for a small team can be completed in days. A full rollout across a large enterprise with multiple tracks and hundreds of participants can span several weeks. Every engagement is scoped during the initial training needs assessment, with a clear delivery schedule agreed before training begins.

Regulations evolve and AI portfolios grow. Refresher sessions are built into the engagement model so your team stays current as new requirements come into effect or new systems are added to your portfolio. Internal champions trained through the train-the-trainer program can also deliver updated onboarding as needed.
